Jen founded the PWBHL in August of 2020 after growing tired of being a mere spectator of the sport. Her vision was to build a league where people felt welcome, included, and where people were committed to fostering a sense of camaraderie and inclusivity. In addition to managing the PWBHL, she is the General Manager of the USA Ball Hockey Women’s Masters Teams, Commissioner of the NBHL Women’s Division, a member of the UWBHF Community Support and Development Board, and Assistant IT Director at USABH.
Mission – The goal of the Training and Skills Development Committee is to create a positive/supportive learning environment where players can develop their ball hockey skills through education, hands-on training, and knowledge and information sharing.

As the New Member Outreach Coordinator, Kimberly aims to provide a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for our new players while fostering a safe space to ask questions and learn about the PWBHL in preparation for their first season.
